Hello everyone,

My name is Jake, and I am animal behavior grad student, who holds a full time job as a pharmacy technician at a large veterinary hospital in NYC. I'll also be interning at one of the world's top zoos this summer. All in all, I love animals. Always have.

I have kept mice and other rodents as pets during my life (albeit, not too recently), and have a solid understanding of there particular needs. I find that mice have made the best pets I've ever kept. Well, aside from my lovely dog, Pandy, who recently passed away, unfortunately.

my icon is a mouse-lemur. I have a thing for primates, so I found that species appropriate in this case.
